Mauzac is a beautiful quiet French village nestled in the heart of the banks of the Dordogne river valley, 68 miles (110 km) to the east of Bordeaux. The Dordogne river valley is known for its incredible history, its medieval towns, castles, massive chateaus and world class vineyards. The area is within easy reach of castles, museums, prehistoric sites and grottos. Indulge your taste buds (local cooking, village feasts, vineyards) or practise your favorite sport (sailing, fishing, swimming, tennis, riding, hiking or biking among others).
With all this to look forward to, we invite you to sample the "Sweet France" with TEFL International in the Perigordian village of Mauzac. Our school, Hotel de le Poste (no longer functioning as a commercial hotel) sits right on the banks of this beautiful, scenic area along the Dordogne river.
